As the Lead Java Full Stack Engineer at Tekintegral, you will provide comprehensive technical direction, solution architecture, and hands-on coding expertise across high-throughput enterprise platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering squads, product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust Java-based microservices and cutting-edge frontend interfaces.

Your responsibilities encompass engineering resilient RESTful APIs, orchestrating event-driven microservices architectures using Kafka, and building performant client-facing components utilizing modern web frameworks like React or Angular. You will establish coding benchmarks, enforce automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, optimize relational and NoSQL databases for high-concurrency environments, and guarantee rigorous enterprise security standards across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Beyond architectural governance, you will actively mentor mid-level and senior engineers, conduct thorough peer code reviews, resolve complex production bottlenecks, and drive continuous software delivery under Agile and Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end distributed enterprise full-stack software applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Lead and mentor agile development teams through architectural design reviews, sprint execution, technical mentoring, and rigorous code inspections.
• Design and optimize high-throughput RESTful and GraphQL APIs and event-driven microservices architectures using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive hands-on technical leadership experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Java full-stack applications.
• Expert-level software engineering proficiency in Java (Java 11/17/21), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud microservices architectures.
• Deep technical expertise in modern front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
