Job Description
A leading company is seeking a Lead Java Engineer to deliver the full lifecycle of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services , including strategy, design, process re-engineering, and technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance CIAM solutions (50% development work )
- Lead and mentor engineering teams (30% leadership )
- Support adjacent teams on security initiatives (20% collaboration )
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Java
- Strong background in AWS, IAM, and security engineering
- Proven track record in implementing SSO solutions
- Proven ability to lead, prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- Right to work in the United States
