Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned company and voted Best Architectural Firm To Work For since 2018, is looking for a LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our SAN FRANCISCO office. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative, and passionate architects and designers on award-winning projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior design efforts on multiple projects from planning and conceptual design through construction.
- Mentor interior design assistants and interior designers.
- Participate in business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Interior Design experience.
- NCIDQ or CID accreditation or currently pursuing credentials.
- Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of visualization software such as Enscape or Lumion (preferred).
- Membership in industry/networking groups such as IIDA.
- Experience in creating applicable design concepts and preparing material palettes.
- Experience with Construction Administration including RFIs, submittals, and understanding of construction processes and schedule.
Pay and Benefits
Base pay range : $89,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Pay range is provided by Taylor Design and may vary by location, skills and experience. A recruiter can provide more details.
Salary comments: Based on geographic location, skills, education, experience, project complexity, and licensure/certifications.
