Lead Integrated Master SchedulerMAG Aerospace is seeking a Lead Integrated Master Scheduler to support an Army Product Office at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May 2025.

The role is forecasted to be 100% onsite. Candidates may be required to complete pre-hire assessments evaluating general cognition, technical aptitude, and communication skills.An active DoD Secret Clearance is requiredEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganizes and directs work, coordinating efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Applies principles of project management to develop large, complex schedulesPerforms program schedule analysis including metrics, critical path, float, and schedule variancesBuilds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and dependencies across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sourcesMonitors OEM schedule performance, analyzing weekly and monthly variancesUtilizes Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variancesActs as scheduling subject matter expert and mentors program staff on scheduling best practicesUnderstands and utilizes enterprise-level scheduling software toolsProposes process improvements to enhance integrated scheduling capabilitiesRequirementsKnowledge and SkillsExpert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Project and other scheduling toolsProficiency with earned value management principles and schedule analysis techniquesStrong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience12 or more years of experience in schedule management for DoD projectsExperience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense acquisition programsEducationThe minimum level of education required is: Bachelor's DegreeClearanceActive SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)Special NoteThe position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.Benefits and CompensationAt MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being.
