Job Summary
As a Lead Installer you will supervise and perform residential and commercial installation of windows and doors across Vermont, ensuring workmanship quality, safety compliance, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation crews, coordinating site tasks and scheduling.
- Perform installation of windows and doors using company standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all jobs.
- Act as the primary point of contact among crew, project managers, and homeowners.
- Provide clear communication to homeowners about job progress and address questions.
Qualifications
- General construction experience – 2 years preferred.
- Trim carpentry experience – 1 year preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong construction aptitude: knowledge of wall materials, casings, sill construction, settling, and structural variations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: greeting homeowners, explaining job steps, answering questions, and earning post‑job reviews.
