Our Team Lead Installers will earn between $20.00-$28.00 an hour, plus overtime and bonus incentives.
If you have experience leading a team and would like to lead a coatings and epoxy installing crew, here is what we are looking for:
- Two years experience as a TEAM LEAD
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Valid Driver's License
- Enjoys leading and motivating a team
- Appreciates physical work, every day is a new location
- We work hard and celebrate providing a beautiful product for our customers
