Lead Installer Technician

Position Summary and Responsibilities

Lead and work with other field team members to install fall protection systems, ensuring fit to specifications and regulatory compliance. Provide technical proficiency in structural adaptation of steel-based products, read and interpret work plans, coordinate with Project Management on project delivery, provide direction to co-workers at project sites, and work safely at height as part of a team.

Requirements

• Reliable, responsible, and dependable employee
• Broad experience and knowledge of general construction, especially working at height
• Good verbal and written communication skills with co-workers, customers, and vendors
• Experience with safe use of power and hand tools
• Ability to work at height in a safe manner and work as part of a team
