Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Leadpremium bath and shower installations from start to finish
- Mentor and train Apprentice Installers
- Deliver high-quality, watertight installations that exceed customerexpectations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards
- Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners
- Work closely with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure projectsuccess
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring installation crews
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
At MODERenovation, we reward performance and leadership. As a Lead Installer, you’llhave the opportunity to earn between $120,000 and $160,000 per year whilehelping develop the next generation of installers and contributing to thegrowth of a rapidly expanding company.
