Constellation Energy is seeking a Lead Installation Representative for Construction Projects to oversee field installation of complex energy and utility projects. In this role, you will lead onsite crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and ensure safe, high-quality installations that meet project scope, budget, and schedule. You will interpret plans and specifications, conduct site assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and support commissioning and turnover.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and customers while modeling Constellation’s culture of safety, innovation, and sustainability and mentoring junior installers in best practices.
