Job Duties

• Coach and lead team to complete weekly commitments of large projects.
• Ensure the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks.
• Explains services performed to the client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction with all work before leaving the job site.
• Conveys a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Maintains cleanliness at the work site, and inside and outside vehicles at all times.
• Wears shoe coverings on job site and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Day shift.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass background and drug checks
• Job site management experience
• Field service experience in a residential setting (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills

Compensation

Compensation: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
