Lead Inside Sales Engineer – Complex Pump Solutions

Ruhrpumpen is seeking an Inside Sales Engineering Manager to lead the U.S. and Canada team focused on pump projects in oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets. You will guide technically sound quotations and mentor engineers.

The role requires strong hydraulics, pump selection and sizing expertise, and experience with engineered pump systems and complex quotations. You will collaborate across sales, product management, procurement, and customers throughout the sales cycle.
