Lead Information Security Engineer

Leading the charge in cybersecurity, the remote Lead Information Security Engineer will provide technical leadership and hands-on execution across Red Team functions, focusing on advanced penetration testing and adversarial emulation to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in enterprise systems and applications. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, leading penetration testing and threat-based security assessments Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of complex security assessments across various platforms and systems Direct Adversarial Cybersecurity Emulation (ACE) engagements, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver actionable security recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing or offensive security experience; 7+ years in Information Security Professional certifications in penetration testing such as GPEN, GWAPT, OSCP, or equivalent Proven experience leading complex penetration tests and adversarial exercises Deep expertise in MITRE ATT&CK and modern cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and exploit techniques
