Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to champion continuous improvement across its Columbus operation. You will identify, lead and drive data-driven CI initiatives to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth, interfacing with employees at all levels and coordinating with operations leaders.
You will coach teams in lean methods, develop implementation plans, and manage multiple CI projects from initiation to sustainment, including Kaizen events and Value Stream Maps.
