We are seeking experienced candidates with a desire to grow to install our ductless mini split heat pumps. We are a customer-focused company and top-tier customer service is as much a part of the job as technical skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
- Experience with Bay Area building codes is a bonus.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation and start-up of our Quilt ductless systems.
- Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
- Troubleshoot, service, and perform repairs and replacements on ductless systems.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with codes.
- Conduct quality control checks on jobs to ensure high-quality results.
- Above market salary between $45-65 per hour (depending on experience).
- $5,000 signing bonus.

This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Redwood City headquarters and located at customer sites across the Bay Area.
