Warren-Hay Mechanical Contractors is looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Lead Installers assist with oversight of junior-level Installers.

Responsibilities
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- May cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s)
- Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installer's
Qualifications
- 4+ years of previous HVAC installation experience
- Freon certifications
- Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus
