Take your heating and air conditioning career to the next level with Total Air Service in Willis, TX as our full‑time HVAC Installation Technician Lead. This role supervises assistant HVAC installers while installing heating and air conditioning systems.
We pay a competitive wage of $25–35 per hour based on experience and use a piece rate/paid per job model. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is also offered.

Requirements
- Experience installing split systems, package units, ductless systems, ductwork, dehumidifiers, indoor air quality products, and zoning systems
- EPA universal license
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as working in extreme temperatures and small spaces
- Ability to work after hours and occasionally on weekends and holidays
