Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company that's been installing residential systems across the Virginia Beach and Peninsula area since 2009. With continued growth, we're adding a strong Lead Installer who can run jobs, guide a helper, and deliver clean installs start to finish.
About The Role
- Lead residential HVAC system installations, including changeouts, split systems, and ductwork
- Manage and coordinate job site activities to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
- Supervise and support junior installers or helpers
- Perform system startup, testing, and final commissioning
- Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years residential HVAC install experience
- Comfortable leading installs without supervision
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license + clean record
- Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Schedule
Monday-Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons
