Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to provide technical leadership, oversee residential installation projects, and help develop a high-performing installation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others while remaining actively involved in the field.

What You\'ll Do

• Oversee residential HVAC system replacements and new equipment installations
• Coordinate daily workflow with installation team members
• Provide technical guidance and support to installers in the field
• Conduct final quality inspections before project completion
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to code
• Assist with training, onboarding, and skill development of newer installers
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork on every project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead residential installation projects
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving history
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to installation excellence
