What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a crew while installing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards.
• Perform accurate HVAC system layouts, duct design, and sizing for new construction homes.
• Ensure every installation is completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality.
• Mentor and guide your team to maintain top performance and professionalism.

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience performing HVAC installations
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system layout, duct design, and sizing for new homes
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow company standards, procedures, and policies
• A real passion for the HVAC industry and delivering complete customer satisfaction

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
