What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Ensure every install meets code, safety standards, and manufacturer specs
- Train and mentor install helpers to build the next generation of talent
- Manage jobsite workflow to keep projects on time and on budget
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience - explaining systems and answering questions with confidence
- Maintain accurate job documentation and represent the company with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership ability in the field
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Ability to run a job independently and solve problems on the fly
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physical capability to perform all installation duties
