Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning is growing - and we're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean installs, strong leadership, and doing the job right the first time. If you're ready to run jobs, mentor installers, and deliver top-tier residential systems, this is your next move.

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Read plans, size systems, and ensure installs meet design specs
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety
• Ensure all work meets code, quality standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install process
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final walkthroughs
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades or improvements
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and leadership to keep jobs running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead install crews and run jobs independently
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and install best practices
• EPA certification required (NATE a plus)
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
