About The Role
As a Lead Installer, you'll run install jobs from start to finish, lead your crew, and ensure every system is installed right the first time.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (alt: 8:00–4:30)
What You'll Do
- Lead residential & light commercial HVAC installations
- Manage crew members and job flow on-site
- Read and execute blueprints and job specs
- Ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Communicate with homeowners and walk through system operation
- Track job details, materials, and performance
What You Need
- 3+ years of HVAC install experience
- Prior lead or crew supervision experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage jobs efficiently and professionally
- Valid driver's license with clean record
