Compensation

$29-$36 per hour based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

We are expanding and need a Lead HVAC Installer. This position offers year-round work, clear advancement opportunities, and the chance to mentor others while delivering systems that improve customers' daily comfort.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the installation of residential and light-commercial heating and air-conditioning systems to company standards. Direct and train helpers/apprentices on the job, ensure quality workmanship, maintain job-site safety, and provide customers with a professional experience from start to finish.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with overtime when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an insurable record
• Proven HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer background preferred)
• Ability to lead a small crew and train less-experienced team members
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in crawlspaces and attics, and climb ladders safely
