What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Installing HVAC systems in multi-family and light commercial environments
- Furnaces, condensers, coils, air handlers, Aquatherm ceiling units, and water heaters
- Working in tight spaces, rooftops, and occupied units
- Running CPVC, press fittings, gas, and refrigerant lines
- Completing 1–2 installs per day when workload demands it
- Leading jobs and keeping helpers moving and productive
- Documenting installs with photos and clean closeout notes
- Driving to job sites across Colorado (some longer drive days — company vehicle provided)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running install jobs start to finish
- Making field decisions without waiting to be told what to do
- Keeping jobs on schedule and on standard
- Communicating clearly with field manager and team
- Delivering installs that don’t need to be redone

- Knows how to troubleshoot and adapt in the field

What You Need
- 2+ years HVAC install experience (multi‑family a plus)
- EPA Certification (or willing to get it immediately)
- Solid understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed
