Employees will be dispatched directly from their home, and a work vehicle is included.
Responsibilities
- Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems, working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
- Conduct safety and performance tests for each system and check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
- Place a heavy emphasis on customer service, including collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, and maintaining truck inventory levels.
- Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after service.
