Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the Workday HCM system, the full-time Lead HRIS Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies, automate processes, and optimize system functionality while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage system administration, including business process configuration and design of Workday HR Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions in an Agile framework Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements and support Workday release activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience with an HR ERP system development role, troubleshooting enterprise software applications At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules Strong knowledge of Workday Security and report writing Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks
