Job Summary

Lead HR Business Partner (Nuclear) – advanced to mastery level position that supports alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units at Entergy’s Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Power Facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead discussions on prioritized people and talent programs within business units.
  • Consult and mediate with employees and leaders up to VP/GM level, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Identify and communicate trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group, recommend actions, and lead solutions to drive desired outcomes.
  • Tell the story clearly and concisely with data, tailoring message to audience.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, identify root causes of performance gaps, design solutions aligned with business strategy, build capacity, and measure impact of development initiatives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements to reduce legal risks; partner with legal department as needed.
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership coaching and guidance, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Partner with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Translate and navigate HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Deliver consultative support on talent and culture initiatives; compose clear, concise, empathetic messages for sensitive or challenging information.
  • Identify training and coaching needs using data and insights.
  • Lead and implement change management initiatives with business.
  • Act as liaison to develop actions between business and Centers of Excellence, optimizing program impact.
  • Develop and facilitate presentations and proposals, leveraging data related to HR and people programs.
  • Build strong relationships, navigate challenging situations with empathy and composure, and influence improvement strategies to enhance employee experience.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Minimum Experience

  • Five (5) + years of HR or related experience with a degree, or seven (7) + years without a degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced to mastery proficiency in HR professional capabilities, business and financial acumen, change management, communication and stakeholder engagement, compliance, project management, strategic alignment, data interpretation, organizational development, talent management, and technology/AI applications.
