Piatti Mill Valley is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team at the flagship Mill Valley location. You will lead on the line, ensure recipes and plating standards meet our high expectations, and supervise day-to-day kitchen operations.
This hands-on role requires 2+ years of sous chef experience in a full-service, high-volume setting, strong sanitation, and leadership skills. Weekend and closing shifts are required.
