Supporting Guide Managers and mentoring team members, the full-time Lead Health Guide will perform Guide responsibilities while also focusing on performance evaluation, coaching, and fostering team relationships in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Guide Managers to enhance Guide performance through evaluations, coaching, and development planning Provide mentorship related to KPIs and professional development, aiding Guides in meeting performance expectations Conduct quality audits and facilitate training sessions to support team communication and alignment with business priorities Required qualifications Experience in health guidance or a related field Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentorship Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participant experience metrics Ability to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements Familiarity with training and development initiatives within a team setting
