We're looking for experienced generator technicians ready to step into a project manager / lead installer role. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands backup power systems, takes ownership of their work, and can lead installations while coordinating projects.
This role offers a clear path into a full-time project manager position, with the opportunity to mentor and develop the next generation of installers and service technicians. Long-term, this position evolves beyond the tools into leading project coordination, helping scale the generator division, and driving growth through customer upgrades and expanded services. You diagnose, not guessStrong people skills.
