POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the enterprise software engineering and artificial intelligence department, reporting directly to Engineering Leadership. The incumbent designs, builds, and maintains scalable enterprise AI applications and complex agentic workflows. Ultimately, the position solves the business problem of accelerating software delivery and operational efficiency through secure, production-ready generative AI integration.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement advanced AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and RAG-based enterprise solutions using LangGraph and AWS.
• Architect robust backend applications and microservices using Python while leveraging AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude to optimize development velocity.
• Establish best practices for context engineering, prompt design, memory management, and agent orchestration across production systems.
• Integrate AI applications with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native architectures while ensuring alignment with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, reliable generative AI capabilities.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in AI/GenAI application development.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor (preferred), Anthropic Claude, or Devin .
• Strong understanding of Context Engineering , prompt design, memory management, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building AI applications using LangGraph and AWS cloud services .
• Strong software development background with experience developing and maintaining in-house enterprise applications .
• Proficiency in Python and modern application development practices.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents, workflows, and RAG-based solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and enterprise integrations.

Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
