Lead Gen AI Developer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Full-Stack Development 7 plus years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Generative AI Engineering 2 plus years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Enterprise Application Development 5 plus years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Agile and Self-Starter Mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 plus years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
• In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
