Responsibilities Of The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise SaaS applications.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and React.
Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless solutions.
Mentor and manage software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Design and integrate agentic AI workflows into existing applications.
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development efficiency.
Required Experience/Skills For The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
~5 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
~ Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
~ Experience designing and scaling cloud-based SaaS applications.
~ Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and EC2.
~ Experience with PostgreSQL or AWS Aurora.
~ Experience with modern API development and application architecture.
~ Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Software Engineers.
~ Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
~ Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
~ Preferred Experience/Skills For The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
Experience with GraphQL or AWS AppSync.
Experience with Golang.
Experience migrating applications toward serverless architectures.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
