We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular who can take on both hands‑on development and technical leadership responsibilities. This individual will play a key role in driving projects forward, improving technical processes, and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Lead and contribute to end‑to‑end system design and development, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code
- Drive technical projects forward, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay aligned
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into optimal technical solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements across the SDLC, from development through deployment
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve coding efficiency, automation, and development workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, QA, and other engineering teams
- Act as a technical lead on projects, ensuring work is properly scoped, assigned, and tracked
- Coordinate team efforts to keep initiatives on schedule and align with goals
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, supporting their technical growth
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies—and drive resolution
- Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the team
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full‑stack development
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Proven experience leading projects or guiding engineering teams
- Experience analyzing business workflows and translating them into technical solutions
- Comfort working across the full development lifecycle
