To enhance enterprise adoption of GenAI developer tools, the full-time Lead Full Stack Engineer will manage software engineering activities across all layers of the stack, including front-end and back-end development, while providing strategic technical leadership and training to developers in a remote or onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Lead rollout and adoption of GenAI tools across engineering teams Build and integrate GenAI solutions into CI/CD, repositories, APIs, and enterprise platforms Train developers and establish best practices for GenAI implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects 2 or more years of project leadership experience Strong experience with Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, and Python Expertise in GenAI tools such as Devin, Claude/Anthropic, and Cursor
