To provide hands-on technical expertise and end-to-end ownership of Azure software development tasks, the remote Lead Full-Stack Application Developer will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, guiding the adoption of modern CI/CD workflows and ensuring the delivery of resilient software solutions. Key responsibilities Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of enterprise APIs and applications within the Microsoft Azure cloud Mentor and enable team members to adopt continuous integration and continuous deployment practices Translate software requirements into structured agile user stories and documentation while collaborating with clients and leadership Required qualifications 10-12 years of experience in software development, particularly with Azure cloud technologies Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and modern frameworks like Angular Strong experience with Git, Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps Familiarity with Azure Government Cloud environments and knowledge of FedRAMP and Zero Trust Architecture is preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding application teams towards modern development practices
