Lead Forward-Deployed Product Manager

Code and Theory, LLC in New York seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Product Manager to guide a pod of 4-5 FDPMs across client deployments, setting the bar for requirements, prototypes, and workflow decisions. This role acts as the escalation point between the pod, Technical Account Managers, implementation leads, and core product.

They build structure and a shared playbook, drive reusable patterns into the core roadmap, and stay hands-on when needed to unblock deployments or mentor peers.
