Lead Financial AnalystWe're looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide performance visibility, operational improvement, and strategic decision support. This role leads forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance tracking efforts while delivering actionable insights that guide business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable presenting to executive leadership, including Board-level audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership on financial analysis and strategic initiativesLead enterprise performance tracking and company-wide initiative reportingGenerate and distribute daily financial pulse reports forecasting monthly performanceLead the annual budgeting process and steward monthly financial resultsConduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast vs. budget)Track and analyze performance of large national customer accountsDevelop and distribute monthly headcount reportingPrepare executive-level presentations for leadership, Board of Directors, and external lendersLead OneStream optimization projects to improve reporting efficiency and analytical insightMaintain and enhance financial models; develop standardized and automated reporting toolsResearch financial variances and present findings with clear recommendationsSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in financial, business, or data analysisAdvanced Excel skills (complex modeling, advanced analysis techniques, pivot tables, lookups)Intermediate PowerPoint skillsStrong understanding of the three financial statements, with deep expertise in P&L analysisProven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadershipStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to travel domestically as needed (<10%)Preferred QualificationsMBA and/or CFAExperience with OneStreamBackground in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer ScienceExperience with Power Query, PowerPivot, Power BI, or TableauWhy RelaDyne:You'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
