Brixlore Media Group is hiring a Lead Field / Story Producer for upcoming unscripted programming highlighting high-stakes business operators. Operating in lean field crews, you will run beat sheets, direct live scenes, conduct interviews, and build paper stringouts for editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field Beat Sheets and direct live scene action on location.
• Conduct sit-down interviews and partner with the DP on visual coverage.
• Review post-shoot transcripts to build narrative paper edits for post-production.

Qualifications:

• Strong storytelling instincts to extract real-world tension and narrative arcs.
• Ability to manage agile field crews on fast-turnaround schedules without a script.

Compensation:

Compensation: $500/month baseline retainer covering pre-production and field prep, plus structured per-episode/shoot bonuses. Rate increases evaluated after establishing an initial multi-episode track record as the slate scales.
