Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, following standard procedures, safety protocols, and avoiding service interruptions.
- Accurately report job schedules, project times, and expenses.
- Coordinate job scheduling with material availability.
- Develop project synopses, job-specific operation summaries, and cost reduction actions.
- Enhance the technical capabilities of internal resources and enforce PCSS policies, including EEO, Safety, EPA, and HR procedures.
- Supervise staff on assigned service/installation projects within the region.
- Stay current with DC power/telecommunications technology through ongoing technical training.
- Implement continuous improvement techniques to achieve industry-leading installation processes and expand the customer base.
- Experience with DC power installation/services.
- Broad installation/service experience, including field engineering, material coordination, site layout, troubleshooting, revenue enhancement, customer relations, and safety management.
- Meet customer-specific criteria for assigned projects.
- Meet Level 3 installer requirements as defined in Telcordia GR 1275.
- Field service experience with mechanical, structured cabling, or electrical skills.
