Lead Field Service RepresentativeAs a Lead Field Service Representative, you will be providing operations, maintenance & repair expertise on water treatment systems at a variety of customer sites. This critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, ultrafiltration (UF), wastewater, etc. To be successful in this profession, you'll need to have strong mechanical/electrical/chemical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must live within that territory to be considered.What you will do:Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceEHS (Environment Health & Safety) is always at the core of every activity and processConduct maintenance and calibration activitiesPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements -Monitor and maintain chemical injection systemsMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsCarry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedConsult with customer management and operation teamsEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsOther duties as requiredQualificationsAccountabilityCustomer Service, Strong CommunicationComputer ProficientHandle multiple, shifting demands professionally, adapting to dynamic business & industry situations.Be a considerate listener and clearly communicate ideas and solutions in a professional manner.PLC ProgrammingEducation & Experience Required:High School Diploma / GEDDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teamsValid Driver's LicensePreferred (if applicable):Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (STEM)5+ years of experience in a field service, plant production or technical support role.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.Working Conditions Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterityAbility and willingness to work confined space entryAbility and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrialAbility and willingness for on call status for emergency responseTravel 80 – 90%This position is an hourly position that is overtime eligibleAdditional InformationCompensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
