Job Description:
- We are looking for a Lead Technicians that can work out in the field supporting one of our high priority customers with HAVC/ pump and related component and equipment installations, troubleshooting, service, and repair.
- Training will be onsite (Gilbert Facility) and then the technician will work offsite at customer location (West Phoenix/ Goodyear) after training.
- The Lead Technician will lead a small team responsible for installing and replacing pumps and related equipment onsite at customer location.
- Responsible for documenting work performed according to SOP's.
- Responsible for adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
- 5+yrs of related experience installing, repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and replacing HVAC pumps, water pumps, other types of pumps, or related equipment
- Some experience in a leadership role and exposure to leading small teams.
- AS degree in Engineering or related field preferred (not required)
- Certifications desired (not required)
