You will be in responsible for overseeing a crew in the performance ofpreparing, removal, and installation of all types of fencing per spec requirements while deliveringexcellent customer service. As a field employee, you are the face of the company and we rely onyou to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on getting the task completed in safe andtimely manner, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict securityrequirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in variousweather conditions. Driving to and from jobsites will be an essential function of job duties.Position Responsibilities & Requirements.Driver of a NON CDL Truck that hauls the equipment for the job so you must be able to pass a Driving record background check.Supervise, train, and give feedback to workersPlan, implement and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goalsManage and monitor team attendance and workSafely setting up and taking down fence and associated products at customer sitesReport to jobsite and meet with client to review job detailsLead team to prepare area for fencing using hand and power tools as requiredInspect job upon completion as well as completing operational paperwork (job reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as requiredEnsure that truck has all the equipment and fencing materials needed for the day of work and that the load is secure per company and DOT standardsKeep the worksite clean of debris upon completionAssisting in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possibleWorking in a safe and productive manner, remaining constantly cognizant of site safetyEnsuring workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free of garbage and hazardsAlways acting in a professional manner with fellow employees and customersMaintaining a professional appearanceResponsible for actively calling a “safety time out” if an employee or the environment conditions result in an unsafe situationRequirements: Skills & Experience:Proven leadership abilities in leading different teams on assignmentsBe able to motivate others to “get the job done” even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlinesCurrent driver license required and in good standingAbility to accurately and thoroughly complete paperworkExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with othersKnowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment, etc.)Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs.)Must have own transportation• Experience operating a fork-lift and a one-ton truck preferred but not mandatoryBase Pay Range: $24.58 - 35.33Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
