Lead Family Medicine Physician — Raleigh, Collaborative Primary Care

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a physician leader for an outpatient Family Medicine practice in Raleigh, NC. You will join and supervise a team of 3 APPs, each with 10+ years of experience, delivering bread-and-butter primary care across all ages.

The role features a 3/12 schedule with rotating weekend coverage, a strong support model with 1:1 Medical Assistants and Patient Coordinators, and back-office resources through an MSO including HR, compliance, revenue cycle, and marketing.
