Lead Facilities & Central Plant Operations Manager

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager IV to lead the operational and energy strategy for campus-level CEP facilities. You will review daily energy usage, mentor facility staff on energy best practices, and manage CEP O&M with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires 6+ years in asset or facilities management, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication. Travel 10–25% to job sites is expected.
