Leading a team of estimators, the full-time Lead Estimator will oversee technical reviews and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for electrical, structural, and civil projects while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Oversee and mentor regional project estimators, focusing on technical project requirements and personnel needs Lead the Pre-Construction team in preparing deliverables, including proposals, schedules, and cash flow analyses Analyze project documentation to prepare cost estimates and assess project risks and cost-saving opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the Electrical High Voltage, Utility, or Renewables Industry Knowledge of estimating for substation and battery energy storage projects, including protection and control schemes Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera for preparing construction schedules Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
