Lead Federal Estimator opportunity with a top ENR-ranked general contractor expanding its Federal Division . This role focuses on estimating for federal building projects - including courthouses, military facilities, and secure government structures.
Key Highlights:
  • Lead detailed & conceptual estimating for Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and CMAR projects
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, Davis-Bacon, Buy American, and federal procurement standards
  • Coordinate subcontractor bids and cost analyses for projects $5M-$100M+
  • Proficiency in RSMeans, Sage, WinEst, Bluebeam, and Procore preferred
  • Requires 5+ years of Federal Estimating experience (8+ years total estimating)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
