To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Lead Estimator for Special Projects will manage the estimation process for multi-site and special-project work, including remodels and rollouts, while working remotely in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, timely estimates for various special projects, including retrofits and tenant improvements Develop unit pricing and repeatable pricing models for multi-location programs Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to validate pricing and scope assumptions Required Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or related trades Experience with multi-site or high-volume project work Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor pricing Proficiency with estimating software and project documentation tools Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
