Supporting a large-scale ERP transformation, the remote contract Lead ERP Workstream Analyst will drive change management activities, engage stakeholders, and ensure business readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Collaborate with teams to identify and document business change impacts and mitigation actions Lead efforts in analyzing data related to change impacts and stakeholder attributes Support the execution of the deployment communication plan to promote stakeholder buy-in Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1+ years supporting major change initiatives within an organization 3+ years of overall work experience with increasing scope and responsibility Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft BI or Tableau
