Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Ensure the team writes clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Lead and mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
- Scale up development efforts and actively contribute as a hands‑on developer when project demands require
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Any certification in Manhattan WMOS/TMS/Supply Chain related areas is advantageous
- 10+ years of experience in application development, with strong focus on supply chain systems
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS (Active WM strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
- Strong experience in solution architecture, integrations, and full SDLC ownership
- Expertise in Oracle SQL/PL, Unix, shell scripting
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular (or any framework) for frontend and Springboot/Django for backend
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
